Microsoft Customer Insights Research

At Microsoft, I partnered with the XC Research team, to support how the organization communicated UX research and design insights shaping products like Edge, Microsoft Teams, and education tools.

In this role, I translated complex research, data, and product thinking into clear, accessible storytelling — writing and editing UX-focused blog content and leading the team’s social media strategy to bring research and design work to broader audiences.
