Microsoft Customer Insights Research

At Microsoft, I partnered with the Customer Insights Research team, which leverages UX research and data science to improve high-performing products and experiences, including Edge, Microsoft Teams, and education tools.

As the lead content writer, I collaborated closely with researchers and designers to communicate UX insights, design trends, and product releases through blog content, thought leaderships, and social media campaign.
